Gastprofessorin Ass. Prof. Dr. Elizabeth Zumpe (University of Oklahoma) hält Keynote auf der KBBB-Jahrestagung veranstaltet vom Lehrstuhl für Schulpädagogik
On Friday the 20th of September Ass. Prof. Dr. Elizabeth Zumpe will share insights from her research in a keynote lecture at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg KBBB-Jahrestagung (Kommission Bildungsorganisation, Bildungsplanung, Bildungsrecht). In this keynote, “Putting school improvement into context: Forging collective agency amid adversity,” she will present findings from her research about how collective agency to solve problems for school improvement becomes enabled and constrained in schools facing challenging circumstances, and the implications of these findings for thinking about how to enable school development “at the next level of work.” The presentation will also discuss how the implications call for organizing research into research-practice partnerships (RPPs) and adapting methods of design-based school improvement that have shown promise to foster collective agency.
